Below is a corrected Link to the case of Ceresko v. Keystone Container Service, Inc., No. 18-CV-3361 (C.P. Lacka. Co. Nov. 19, 2021 Nealon, J.), in which the court addressed a Motion for Summary Judgment filed by the defense in a motor vehicle accident case in which the Plaintiff had asserted claims of negligence and recklessness by the driver along with negligence and recklessness by the Defendant-driver’s employer in its hiring, training, and supervision of the driver and in its negligent entrustment of a vehicle to that driver.
After finding that the record did not support the claims of recklessness asserted, the Court granted the Defendant's Motion.
