Siegel that appeared in the Pennsylvania Law Weekly entitled "PBA Ethics Committee Issues Social Media Guidance" which outlines ethical opinions offered up by the Philadelphia Bar Association and, more recently, the Pennsylvania Bar Association on a myriad of social media ethical issues facing attorneys and their clients.  A good read.
