According to a November 13, 2012 article entitled "Pennsylvania Supreme Court Starts Optional E-Filing" by Amaris Elliott-Engel of
The Legal Intelligencer, the Pennsylvania Supreme Court started to allow optional e-filings last week. The article also notes that e-filing may also start in the Pennsylvania Superior Court and Commonwealth Court at some point in 2013.
