PA Supreme Court Hands Down Rule Allowing Video Recording of Non-Jury Civil Proceedings in Limited Circumstances

On Wednesday, January 8, 2014, the Pennsylvania Supreme Court promulgated Pa.R.J.A. No. 1910 (effective 7/1/2014), permitting, for apparently the first time ever in Pennsylvania, the broadcasting, televising, recording and photographing of non-jury civil proceedings (excluding divorce, custody and support cases), provided that the parties or witnesses do not object and the trial judge grants express permission.

Here is a LINK to a copy of the Rule if you are interested in reading the same.
