Luzerne County Can't Catch a Break

As reported in the January 18, 2010 Times Leader, Senior Judge Charles Joseph Rehkamp, who has recently been helping out with the backlog of cases in Luzerne County, was arrested on Sunday on assault and harassment charges in an alleged domestic dispute with his wife. Seems like the Luzerne County judicial system can't catch a break with the news that comes out of it.
